District 4 of the Ohio Department of Transportation proudly serves Ashtabula, Mahoning, Portage, Stark, Summit & Trumbull counties in Northeast Ohio.
The District is comprised of:

- 49 villages
- 111 townships
The department maintains Interstate Routes, State Routes and U.S. Routes outside of municipalities.
District 4 also maintains:
- Over 4,900 lane miles
- 1,400 bridges
- 32,000 ground mounted signs
- Almost 300 traffic signals
